  1. I'm live in South Africa, what is your time that you would get together to do something in Star Citizen?

  2. Well my in-game name is MerlinTheArcane but to make it short, just call me Merlin. I recieved an invite from someone from this organisation about maybe two years ago. I didn't accept it then as Star Citizen for me was such a new game and I didn't really know whether I'd fit into an organisation. As then, I was already apart of a small group of players and my playstyle may not've aligned with what an organisation may have wanted at the time. I regretfully don't have the name of the user that had invited me to the organisation and upon accepting the invite, it no longer was visible. All I know is that this user's name started with a 'G', sorry if this is unhelpful. Only recently, a friend (who goes by Nexus) and I had gotten back into Star Citizen and I'm glad we did. As we've not had greater luck playing any other space faring game other than Space Engineers and when we played the game (Star Citizen) before, we had performance issues. Since then Star Citizen has had some pretty neat and cool updates, that had brought us back. For the time being, Nexus and I will be doing salvage missions until we get to a point where we can branch out to other jobs and pursue other goals/interests that we may have. We selected all of the possible branches of the org as we didn't want to just specialise in just one branch. I'd like to think of ourselves as freelancers or even just individuals that'll be able to mesh into any role given to us. Be it: Salvage crew, security detail or even mercs. If you have any questions for me, I'll be happy to answer them. But until then, I'll see you starside. 🫡 -Merlin

  3. New Babbage is good but rather icy. I like the look of Loreville. We do try to get together on Saturdays and do something, usually salvaging. You should come join us.

  4. A Few years ago I made this post: Followed then a couple of years later with what I knew was coming: AND NOW what we have is an actual attempt to hide the DRASTIC drop in home prices outside of major metropolises like the below. Note the sold price date vs the 5/6/2022 list price date for a VERY modern home. As of this posting, if you go and check the price changes of this particular home on Redfin they have omitted the price changes out as seen below. Why? I believe they are doing this to dissuade buyers from waiting until the market bottoms out (prices stop dropping) which could take anywhere from the next 2-8 years; with a potential 30% chance of complete reversal depending on the outcome of the next election. Full disclosure, last summer I talked to the seller of this home and told them that while the home was beautiful with a pretty lovely view, he would have to drop his price by a lot in order to sell in the coming market, basically giving him the same outlook on the housing market that I provided to our members here. While the seller was pretty adamant about being able to get at least $700,000 for the home, we see the outcome. If any of you are interested in what algorithms I used to predict the crash about a year before it happened (vs like 10 years before it happened, because lets be honest anyone can give a negative outlook on a market but if its too early or way too late. Or even predicting a REVERSAL of the crash while we were in the stages of the crash)...send me a Private message and we can set up some time to talk.
